Director of Family Ministries
Job Description
We are seeking a person who loves working with children, youth, and families who will partner with clergy, staff, parents, leaders and community to nurture and grow our ministries with young people and families. We are looking for someone who is creative, collaborative, joyful, a good listener, organized, and who is excited to join progressive, welcoming, and inclusive communities of faith. This position will administer, adapt, and create formation programs to support youth of all ages and their families in their spiritual growth, including coordinating Sunday School Teachers and Youth Leaders.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is shared between St. John’s, Royal Oak and St. James’, Birmingham. As such, the individual will serve our congregations 12 hours a week each (24 hours a week total).
