HOW TO DONATE

Everything we have comes from God. From the earliest stories in the Bible, people have given in thanksgiving for life’s blessings. Today, we express our thanks through our financial gifts and volunteer efforts.

Stewardship Pledge

Your annual pledge commitment, made weekly or monthly, is the most important way to support St. John’s. It helps sustain our programs, staff, and ongoing expenses. You can fulfill your pledge online or request payment envelopes by contacting us.

Special Offerings or Memorial Gifts

Gifts made for special occasions, tributes, or causes, such as flower memorials or funeral gifts, are always appreciated. These special offerings can be made online or by mailing a check to St. John’s with “Memorial Gift honoring ___” in the memo field.

Altar Flower Memorials and Thanksgiving

This ministry provides an opportunity to honor your family and friends by arranging for a memorial, tribute or thank you message. Your message is published in the Sunday bulletin with your memorial, tribute, or thanksgiving message on your requested date.

Gifts Other Than Financial

Gifts such as cars, jewelry, stocks, real estate, or other appreciated assets can offer significant tax advantages. To learn more about donating non-cash gifts before executing a transfer, please contact us for guidance.

Planned and Memorial Giving

Planned gifts, such as bequests or endowments, help support the long-term health of St. John’s. These gifts allow you to make a lasting impact, either during your lifetime or through your estate plan.

Volunteer Your Time and Talents

St. John’s has opportunities for everyone to contribute, whether you can offer an hour for a special event or get involved regularly in one of our ministries. We invite you to learn more about how to get involved.
